Old Skool Tackle Company makes every effort to get your order processed in a timely manner.  Typical in house turnaround on most orders is 1 - 2 business days.  In the event this timeline cannot be fulfilled we will contact you with the latest status of your order.  Large orders such as vendor purchases typically have a longer lead time and we will communicate a projected timeline.  Custom orders or special requests will be managed depending on what is being asked for and availability of materials on hand.

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product being sold, all sales are considered "As-Is" per the user agreement on the Terms and Conditions page; returns, refunds, and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.  If, the user can provide proof of a failure due to quality related reasons within 7 days of receipt, a refund or exchange can be provided.  For quality related claims please contact support@fisholdskool.com
